Dixie Chicks will play their first Metro Detroit concert in a decade when the country trio performs at DTE Energy Music Theatre on June 4, according to tour dates released Monday.

Tickets for the concert go on sale Nov. 23. Prices have not been announced but range from about $40 to $135 in other markets.

The show is part of Dixie Chicks’ 42-date DCX MMXVI tour, which kicks off June 1 in Cincinnati and wraps Oct. 10 in Los Angeles. The DTE show is the tour’s third stop.

Dixie Chicks’ last Detroit concert was in July 2006, when the group kicked off its Accidents & Accusations tour at Joe Louis Arena.

The group’s last studio album was 2006’s “Taking the Long Way.”
