Kid Rock’s slate of opening shows at Little Caesars Arena just got bigger.

The Motor City rocker has added two additional concerts to his four previously announced shows at the new downtown venue. In addition to the Sept. 12, 13, 15 and 16 concerts, Rock will now play Sept. 19 and 20 as well, venue officials announced Friday.

Tickets for the newly announced concerts, $20, $35, $55 and $75, go on sale at 10 a.m. Feb. 2.

The first four shows went on sale Friday morning. The Sept. 12, 15 and 16 concerts are sold out, while as of Friday afternoon, scattered single tickets remain for the Sept. 13 concert.

Rock is currently working on finishing up his new album, his follow-up to 2015’s “First Kiss,” and plans to have it ready by September’s bank of concerts, which will act as the official opening of the Red Wings’ and Pistons’ new home facility.
