Pop firecracker Halsey is the latest artist to join the performance roster at Little Caesars Arena.

The 22-year-old New Jersey singer — whose duet with the Chainsmokers, "Closer," spent 12 weeks at No. 1 on Billboard's Hot 100 chart last fall — will perform at Detroit's new downtown arena on Nov. 21, venue officials announced Wednesday. Drake-affiliated rapper/singer PartyNextDoor and London-bred pop visionary Charli XCX will open.

Tickets, $69.50, $49.50, $39.50 and $29.50, go on sale at 10 a.m. May 12. Pre-sales through AT&T's Thanks program and for Citi cardholders begin at 10 a.m. Tuesday.

The show is part of Halsey's tour behind her sophomore album, "hopeless fountain kingdom," due out June 2.

Halsey joins a crowded Little Caesars Arena concert calendar that includes Kid Rock (Sept. 12, 13, 15, 16, 19 and 20), Ed Sheeran (Sept. 27), Paul McCartney (Oct. 1), Fall Out Boy (Oct. 24), Janet Jackson (Oct. 29), Lady Gaga (Nov. 7) and Andrea Bocelli (Dec. 3).

The arena show marks quite a jump up for Halsey, whose last area concert was a sold-out July 2016 concert at Detroit's Masonic Temple.
