Tickets for the three-day country music festival go on sale 10 a.m. Feb. 7 through the fest’s website, fasterhorsesfestival.com.

Also enlisted for duty are Brantley Gilbert, Cam, Billy Currington, Tyler Farr, Chris Janson, Walker Hayes, LOCASH, Dustin Lynch, Midland, Ashley McBryde, Parmalee, RaeLynn and Morgan Wallen.

Shelton, recently named People magazine’s “Sexiest Man Alive,” will make his Faster Horses debut at the festival, as will Brooks & Dunn, who reunited in 2015 after hanging up their guitars as a duo five years prior. Since reuniting they have performed a series of shows with Reba McEntire at a Las Vegas residency and at a handful of festivals; the pair’s last Michigan concert was a July 2010 date at DTE Energy Music Theatre.

Florida Georgia Line will make its third appearance at the fest, following performances in 2015 and 2013.

Faster Horses launched in 2013 and has become a favorite event on the annual country music calendar. The “three day hillbilly sleepover,” as it was dubbed by organizers, draws more than 40,000 fans annually who set up camp at MIS.
