The English rock group will play the new arena on July 22. Tickets for the show go on sale at 11 a.m. Friday; prices are TBA.

The Little Caesars date is part of a summer outing that begins July 7 in Chicago and wraps Aug. 1 in Philadelphia. The Detroit show is sandwiched between dates in Toronto (July 20) and Columbus (July 23).

Radiohead ended a long Metro Detroit drought with a 2012 show at the Palace of Auburn Hills. Prior to that show, the band had not played the market since a 1997 concert at Detroit’s State Theatre, now the Fillmore Detroit.
