Smokey Robinson and other members of the music industry are set to testify Tuesday morning before the Senate Judiciary Committee regarding federal copyright laws and music licensing rules.

The hearing on “Protecting and Promoting Music Creation for the 21st Century” will air on C-SPAN and on the web at C-Span.org at 10 a.m. Tuesday.

According to judiciary.senate.gov, David Israelite, president and CEO of the National Music Publishers Association, Grammy-nominated singer and songwriter Justin Roberts and others in the music industry are also set to be witnesses at the hearing.
