Count Taylor Swift as an Aretha fan.

The pop singer led a powerful tribute to Aretha Franklin during her Reputation Tour stop at a sold-out Ford Field on Tuesday night, which included a stirring moment of silence for the late Queen of Soul.

Review: Taylor Swift earns her 'Reputation' during Ford Field stunner

“Detroit, last week we lost an irreplaceable force: Aretha Franklin," Swift said, roughly 45 minutes into her show. "She did so much for music, she did so much for women’s rights. She did so much for civil rights. She was one of those people, where no matter what you say, no matter what glowing positive things you said about her, it would be an understatement.

"Words could never, ever describe how many things she did in her lifetime that made our world a better place. And this is her home.”

Swift then asked for her stage lights to be cut and requested fans hush so that "every single one of us can reflect on our love and respect for her and everything she did in her life.”

One full minute of silence passed before Swift said softly into her microphone, "We love you, Aretha."

Earlier in the show, opener Camila Cabello also gave Franklin a shout out.

The tributes came as the first day viewing ended for Franklin's two days of lying in repose in the rotunda of the Charles H. Wright Museum in Detroit.

Also Tuesday, Franklin's spokeswoman announced that Ariana Grande will perform at the singer's funeral.

Franklin was muted in her praise for Swift in a now-famous video interview she gave with the Wall Street Journal in 2014. When asked by WSJ's senior editor Christopher John Farley what word she would use to describe other singers, she threw some shade at the multi-million dollar singer: "Great gowns, beautiful gowns," Franklin said.

All was well later that year, when Franklin, the recipient of the Icon of the Year award at the Billboard Women in Music Awards, serenaded Swift at the event with a version of "Happy Birthday."
