Eminem released a new album, "Kamikaze," at midnight on Friday.

The surprise release arrived with no advance warning and is now available on major streaming services, including Spotify and Apple Music.

"Tried not 2 overthink this 1... enjoy," Eminem wrote on Twitter, with a link to the album.

The cover art pays homage to Beastie Boys' 1986 album "Licensed to Ill."

Eminem's alter ego Slim Shady is listed as the album's executive producer, alongside Dr. Dre. Singer Jessie Reyez is featured on two tracks, while Joyner Lucas and Royce da 5'9" also appear on the set.

The album's closer, "Venom," is part of the soundtrack to the upcoming film of the same name.

"Kamikaze" is Eminem's 10th studio album, and follows last year's "Revival."
