Eminem's new 'Killshot' aims at Machine Gun Kelly attack

Two weeks after releasing a surprise album, Eminem dropped another unexpected gift for his fans on Friday: a lyrical missive aimed at rival Machine Gun Kelly.

The Cleveland MC recently unveiled a track in response to “Not Alike,” a song on Eminem’s “Kamikaze” that appeared to target the younger man as well as other entertainers.

MGK’s “Rap Devil” attacked the performer born Marshall Mathers as unjustifiably angry, bitter, “a bully acting like a baby” whose latest LPs suggest he is "not getting better with time."

In turn, Eminem’s newly posted “Killshot” confronts the conflict head-on with profanity-laced verses and numerous disses.

“How you gonna name yourself after a damn gun and have a man bun?” he quipped.

Throughout the four-minute clip, Eminem noted his wealth, verbal versatility and iconic status compared to the rapper born Richard Colson Baker, whom he called “the wack me” and unworthy of the same recognition listeners grant popular figures such as Jay-Z and the Notorious B.I.G.

He also uttered a sexually charged reference to MGK’s reported former lover, singer Halsey, and accused him of wielding his name in song “for clickbait.”

“I’d rather be 80-year-old me than 20-year-old you,” Eminem snapped, also adding: “He knows long as I’m Shady/He’s gon’ have to live in my shadow. …It's your moment, this is it/As big as you're gonna get, so enjoy it/Had to give you a career to destroy it.”

The recording also addressed a 2012 tweet in which MGK described Eminem's daughter Hailie as “hot as (expletive).”

MGK previously told a reporter that message affected his career.
