Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello engaged
The Internet nearly bust into flames about six months ago when two ridiculously attractive television actors — Sofia Vergara and Joe Manganiello — announced they were an item. Now the buzz is back after Manganiello, who’s known for his roles in “True Blood” as well as the stripper flick “Magic Mike,” proposed to Vergara on Christmas Day. According to reports, the private proposal took place under a palm tree at the St. Regis Hotel in Princeville, Hawaii. Vergara, star of “Modern Family” and named one of the most powerful women in the world by Forbes, met Manganiello at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner in May. She attended with her ex-fiance Nick Loeb. Us Weekly caught up with Loeb, who said his ex “deserves happiness.” “She is beautiful and majestic and, therefore, to be loved,” he said. “Beyond all else in life, she deserves happiness, the kind that only true love can bring.” This will be the first marriage for Manganiello, 38, and the second for Vergara, 42.

TMZ reports that Williams was pulled over for speeding, and then booked for the suspended license. She later posted $1,726 bond and was released. She said in a statement that the reason she was speeding was to visit her grandfather who is in the hospital suffering from cancer.
