Bobby Brown believes daughter’s boyfriend contributed to her death

Just after the medical examiner announced the cause of Bobbi Kristina Brown’s death would not be disclosed to the public, a lawyer for her father Bobby Brown released a statement indicating that they believe her boyfriend Nick Gordon is responsible. The 22-year-old died over the summer following six months in a coma after she was found unresponsive in a bathtub in her home. “In regard to the civil litigation, we believe we know who harmed Bobbi Kristina Brown and his name is Nick Gordon,” said lawyer Christopher Brown in a statement released to the media Monday. Gordon recently withdrew a motion to dismiss a lawsuit against him holding him responsible for Bobbi Kristina’s death. Bobby’s lawyer said Gordon withdrew the motion to avoid having to give a deposition under oath. “I look forward to having the Court hear the evidence in the civil lawsuit and hopefully the criminal action very soon,” Bobby Brown added to the statement.

He also revealed that he was a crystal meth user at the time of diagnosis, and he recalls the encounter during which he likely contracted HIV. “Crystal meth takes away your inhibitions,” he said. “And if you want to explore that adventurous side, taking the drug is going to put you there. I was experimenting. And believe it or not, I thought that I was being safe in that encounter. I know exactly when it happened.” Pintauro lives in Las Vegas with his husband and works as a restaurant manager.
