First daughter Malia caught on video taking a puff

Uh-oh. First Daughter Malia Obama got busted on video for taking a puff of what appears to be a marijuana joint in Chicago last month at the Lollapalooza festival. “This is the president’s worst nightmare!” an unidentified source told RadarOnline. To make matters worse, Page Six reports Malia was at a “rowdy” party on Martha’s Vineyard, where the First Family is currently vacationing, that got busted by the cops. The president allegedly had words for his oldest child on a long walk the two of them took in recent days. Malia, 18, graduated from Sidwell Friends School in Washington, D.C., in May, and is taking a year off before enrolling at Harvard.

What is it with Olympic swimmers?

On the same day that Ryan Lochte offered a sort-of apology to Brazil for inventing a Rio armed hold-up that never happened, Australian swim team officials announced that two of their swimmers will not be marching in the Rio Games closing ceremonies after both violated a curfew — and one was robbed at gunpoint of $1,000. Josh Palmer, 25, and Emma McKeon, 22, were punished after partying in Copacabana and failing to return to the Olympic Village on time. McKeon reportedly stayed with friends outside the athletes’ compound without informing team officials, while Palmer headed to a beach, People reports, where an armed robber approached him and demanded he withdraw $1,000 from an ATM, which he did.

Wahlburgers cheated workers?

Wahlburgers, the burger chain launched by brothers Mark, Donnie and Paul Wahlberg who just opened a franchise in Detroit’s Greektown on Monday, is being sued by five former employees at their Coney Island outlet in Brooklyn, New York, for failing to pay minimum wage and pocketing waiters’ tips. In particular, the employees behind the class-action suit say they didn’t get a $3,000 tip left by the cast of “Blue Bloods,” the TV series starring Donnie Wahlberg. A Wahlburgers spokesperson said the company plans to “bring this matter to a resolution,” adding, “Wahlburgers is all about family, and treating people fairly and with respect.”

But really — who doesn’t?

“Modern Family” star Sofia Vergara, 44, confesses to PeopleStyle that she even wears makeup in the shower — “a little bit of mascara, a little bit of blush and some lipstick,” she says in an interview in the current issue. But it’s not because husband, one-time “Magic Mike” stripper Joe Manganiello, 39, is so picky. Vergara describes him as “the kind of guy that doesn’t see imperfections. He just thinks that I have a nice figure, great skin, great hair and that’s all he needs.”
