The Palace is not going to like this

PippaMiddleton’s fabulously wealthy father-in-law, David Matthews, has been charged with raping a minor 20 years ago, according to Page Six. The alleged attack reportedly took place while Matthews, 73, was on vacation in France. Middleton, 34, is married to the accused’s son, “Made in Chelsea” star Spencer Matthews. Her sister, of course, is Kate, Duchess of Cambridge, married to Prince William. The elder Matthews denies all charges.

The royal nuptials will be super-costly

Prince Harry’s May 19 wedding to American actress Meghan Markle could cost $44.9 million, according to London wedding planner Bridebook, with estimates that the cake alone could top $70,000. Add in $42.1 million for security, about $500,000 for Markle’s dress, $150,000 for flowers and $36,000 for sausage rolls and tea (for the commoners), and it all adds up to a blisteringly expensive day. However, Page Six notes some dispute the predictions, with one expert doubting that Markle, 36 — said to be sensible about appearances — would ever spend more than the $350,000 that Kate’s dress cost for her 2011 wedding to Prince William.

Tiffany Trump visits her dad

Unlike her half-sister Ivanka, Tiffany Trump, 24, is rarely seen at the White House and infrequently photographed with her father, the president. People reports President Donald Trump and Tiffany stepped off Air Force One together Thursday in Palm Beach, Florida, for a weekend with Melania and Barron at Mar-a-Lago. Tiffany, the only child from Trump’s marriage to Marla Maples, is a Georgetown University law student.

“I’m back!” Schwarzenegger says

Routine surgery to replace a heart valve turned ugly for Arnold Schwarzenegger on Thursday, and the actor and former California governor had to undergo emergency open-heart surgery at Cedars-Sinai Hospital in Los Angeles. His representative, Daniel Ketchell, tweeted Friday that 70-year-old Schwarzenegger’s first words on regaining consciousness were, “I’m back!” The procedure was to replace a pulmonic valve installed in 1997.
