Eminem celebrates sobriety in the desert

Eminem celebrated 10 years of sobriety over the weekend. The Detroit rapper posted a photo of himself holding his sobriety chip to his various social media channels, racking up 1.7 million likes on Instagram. “Celebrated my 10 years yesterday,” he posted on Saturday. Among those hitting the heart button on the post were Big Sean, Nicki Minaj, his manager Paul Rosenberg and his Detroit-based photographer, Jeremy Deputat. Em also closed out the Coachella festival Sunday night, performing a 90-minute set that featured guests Dr. Dre, 50 Cent and Skylar Grey. Slim Shady is next due at the Boston Calling music festival May 27, which he’ll follow with performances at New York’s Governor’s Ball on June 3 and Bonnaroo on June 9.

Brie Bella talks sister’s split

Brie Bella is opening up about twin sister Nikki’s recent split from her fiance, pro wrestler (and “Blockers” star) John Cena. “She’s good, they call her fearless Nikki for a reason,” Brie Bella tells “She always puts on that brave face. My sister has more strength than any other woman I know, especially Wonder Woman. She’s bigger than that.” The breakup came a year after the couple’s high-profile engagement, in the ring at WrestleMania 33, and comes just a few weeks before their scheduled May 5 wedding. The breakup will be documented on the forthcoming season of the twins’ E! reality show, “Total Bellas.” “I really had to take a step back and allow it and that was really hard on me because it’s my twin,” Brie says. “I want to protect her from everything. This has been the hardest season to film for me because all I want to do is protect her and keep everyone away, but this is what we do.”

Photo of Avicii surfaces

A photo of Avicii, who died last week at 28 years of age, surfaced online Monday, showing the Swedish DJ hanging out on a boat in Oman with a couple of guys and a drink in his hand. TMZ published the photo, in which Avicii flashed a peace sign and appeared to be in good spirits. No cause of death has yet been released for the EDM superstar, who gave up touring in 2016, telling fans he had “too little left for the life of a real person behind the artist.”
