Seger adds Grand Rapids date to final tour

Bob Seger has added an additional Grand Rapids show to his upcoming final tour. Seger will play Van Andel Arena on Jan. 5, his team announced Friday, after promptly selling out his Nov. 21 concert at the downtown Grand Rapids arena. Tickets for the newly announced show go on sale at 10 a.m. Oct. 5; tix for the Rock and Roll Hall of Famer's Nov. 21 concert promptly sold out. Seger has yet to announce any Detroit concerts on his final run.

Grande dropped off 'SNL' premiere

Kanye West's appearance on Saturday's season premiere of "Saturday Night Live" came after Ariana Grande dropped off the show due to personal reasons. Us Weekly reports Grande was set to appear on the show, which will be hosted by Adam Driver, but she excused herself from the show "for emotional reasons," "SNL" creator Lorne Michaels said during an appearance on the “Origins With James Andrew Miller" podcast. “Kanye (West) stepped up, and he’ll be there," Michaels said. "So, the reach of the show and the number of people who will step forward is now somehow now, I think, probably at its peak.” Grande is engaged to "SNL" star Pete Davidson; her ex-boyfriend, rapper Mac Miller, died of an overdose earlier this month.

JWoww files for divorce

"Jersey Shore" star Jenni "JWoww" Farley filed for divorce earlier this month from her husband, Roger Mathews, the Asbury Park Press reports. They had been married for less than three years. The divorce papers, which were filed earlier this month, cite irreconcilable differences. The couple has two children. In an Instagram post, Mathews says he's "not done fighting," for Farley. "I'm going to win my wife back. I'm going to win her affection back. I'm going to win her love back. I have no intention of being a single dad," he said.
