The West Dearborn downtown area will be the focus of this year’s Friends of Dearborn Symphony Home Tour on May 19 and for the first time, several condos will be among the featured properties. “There will be 6 homes and 1 garden on the tour this year,” said Yasmin Eloian of the Friends of the Dearborn Symphony in an email. “In addition to our focus on modern downtown living, we wanted to celebrate all the new construction and activity in the West Dearborn downtown area.” The tour, now in its 37th year, runs from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. It begins at First United Methodist Church, 22124 Garrison. Tickets are $20 in advance or $25 the day of the tour. For information, go to dearbornsymphony-friends.org or call (313) 565-2424.
