One good yogurt

Chobani has unveiled a new twist on their yogurts which feature Greek yogurt paired with mix-ins. The Chobani Flip Whole Milk comes in blueberry, raspberry, cherry and pear and honey. The Chobani Flip (not made with whole milk) also comes in flavors of peanut caramel, apple crisp and honey and nuts. Available at major supermarkets and convenience stories. Suggested retail is $1.49.

Good pickle chips

The Heinz company will soon bring out the first new pickle chip flavors in more than 50 years. Heinz Spicy Garlic Chips are made with garlic and red pepper and the Sweet and Spicy Chips include crushed red pepper. The pickles are packed in Holland, Michigan and scheduled to appear in store shelves by the Labor Day holiday. Cost will be $2.79 for a one-pint jar.

At MEX in Bloomfield Hills, they’ve got Ghostbusters on the menu. The concoction, in honor of the movie remake that opens Friday, involves tequila and ghost pepper jam. If you don’t want to make it at home, it’s available at the restaurant for $11.

Ghostbuster Margarita

1/2 teaspoon ghost pepper jam

1 1/4 ounces El Jimador Repo. Tequila

3/4 ounce Triple Sec

1 ounce simple syrup

1 ounce lemon juice

Prepare glass by rubbing lemon round on rim and dip in sugar. Shake ingredients together and pour into the glass.
