Fill your garden with beautiful flowers and plants from Northville’s 31st Annual Flower Sale held from 9 a.m.-6 p.m. May 25 and 9 a.m.-5 p.m. May 26. Plant, garden sale at Fair Lane continues tradition
For more than 30 years, the volunteers at Fair Lane, home of Clara and Henry Ford, have been hosting the annual Plant Sale & Garden Market that has become a much-anticipated rite of spring for garden enthusiasts. All proceeds from the event that takes place from 10 a.m.-3 p.m. Friday and 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday benefit the restoration work on the estate grounds. In honor of National Historic Preservation Month, you can also attend the Preservation Open House Saturday and Sunday to see the updates that were made to the Sun Porch, Music Room, Living Room, Billiard Room and Pool Room, plus many more projects throughout the home and grounds.
