Benjamin Moore names First Light its 2020 Color of the Year
Benjamin Moore has named First Light, a rosy blush hue, its Color of the Year for 2020.
Calling it a color “blooming with potential,” the retailer said it symbolizes a “new dawn of idealism, design and living,” especially at the start of a new decade.
“First Light reflects a new definition of the home – a shift in mindset from the material to satisfying the core needs in life: community, comfort, security, self-expression, authenticity and ultimately, optimism,” said Andrea Magno, Benjamin Moore director of color marketing and Development, in a press release.
First Night is one of 10 colors Benjamin Moore has selected for its Color Trends 2020 Palette to guide customers for the next decade. Other colors include White Heron, Crystalline, Golden Straw and Thunder.
