Detroit police looking for missing 15-year-old girl

Detroit — Police are asking the public’s help in locating a 15-year-old girl last seen early Monday morning on the city’s east side.

Around 12:30 a.m. Monday, the mother of 15-year-old Jasmine Jones told police she was awakened by another daughter who said Jasmine had just left out the front door of their home in the 19000 block of Yonka, got into an unknown vehicle and left.

Jasmine is described as 5-foot-7, 152 pounds with a medium complexion. She has long brown curly hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a royal blue hoodie, blue jeans and white shoes.

Anyone who has seen Jasmine is asked to call Detroit Police Criminal Investigations at (313) 596-1140.
