Suspect sought in fatal Detroit gas station shooting
Detroit police are seeking help from the community to locate a suspect wanted in connection with a fatal shooting at a BP gas station this week.
The suspect entered the station in the 7300 block of Grand River about 3 p.m. Tuesday, confronted the 25-year-old male victim and fatally shot him before fleeing, police said in a statement.
Police identified the suspect as Timothy Wright, 35. He is described as 5 feet 9 inches tall, 150 pounds, with a medium complexion and tattoos on both arms.
The Detroit Police Department released his photo Thursday.
