Detroit — A man was injured early Tuesday jumping out a window to escape an armed home invasion, police said.

Two suspects with guns forced their way into the victim’s home around 5 a.m. on the 10800 block of Roxbury on the city’s east side, Sgt. Cassandra Lewis said.

“They demanded money from the homeowner, and he escaped through a window,” Lewis said. “He was cut with glass.”

Further details about the incident are unclear as the homeowner is not cooperating with police, Lewis said.

“He is not cooperating with the investigation so we don’t have any information,” Lewis said.
