Suspect wanted in ice cream shop break-in

Detroit police are requesting help in identifying a person wanted in the break-in of an ice cream shop on Woodward.

According to police, around 1:50 a.m. Thursday, a male pried open the drive-through window and entered Taystee World in the 19100 block of Woodward.

An undisclosed amount of cash was taken from a register, as well as a credit card tablet device, police said.
