Detroit police seek help finding blind, bipolar man
Detroit police are seeking the public’s help in locating a man they describe as blind and bipolar.
Rufus Hadley, 55, was released from an east side hospital about 5:40 a.m. Sunday with no notification to family, police said. Hadley was hospitalized Saturday night after an injury from a fall, police said.
He is described as 6-feet-4-inches tall, about 180 to 200 pounds, with a medium complexion and gray hair and beard.
He was last seen wearing a black and gold Phat Farm jacket, black cargo pants and black shoes. He is legally blind and bipolar, police said.
