Tips sought to find man reported missing in Detroit

A niece last saw Cecil Henry at about 4 p.m. April 5 near 23rd and West Warren.

Now Detroit police are seeking tips from the public to find the 56-year-old missing for nearly a week.

Authorities said he was in good physical condition but “does have mental health related concerns,” according to a statement released Monday.

Henry is described as African-American, 5-foot-9, 270 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black knit hat, black coat, black or navy sweatpants and black Nike shoes.
