Detroit police to take part in walk honoring crime victims
Detroit — Chief James Craig and other members of the Detroit Police Department will take part in a one-mile walk to honor people who have lost their lives to crime.
The “Never Forget — Family Members of Victims are Victims Too” walk will start at noon Saturday at Denby High School. A fair in memory of victims will follow.
The events are part of National Crime Victim’s Rights Week.
