Crews were working to restore service Thursday night for Comcast customers in four areas in southeast Michigan, the company said.

Michelle Gilbert, vice president of public relations for Comcast, said the four areas were minor and isolated, involving roughly 20 to 100 homes.

“We are on top of getting those fixed,” she said.

She said she did not have further details on the outages.

A downdetector.com outage map Thursday evening showed that most of the outages were in the Ferndale, Royal Oak and Madison Heights areas. Smaller outages were found in Sterling Heights, Commerce Township and Wixom.
