Two lanes of Interstate-75 have reopened after they were closed near Dearborn Street and Springwells when a semi-truck rammed through a wall on the River Rouge bridge and fell to the ground in Detroit on Sunday.

Diane Cross, spokeswoman for the Michigan Department of Transportation, said both lanes have reopened. The crash occurred around 1 p.m., closing a northbound and southbound lane. Crews cleaned up the damaged wall and debris from the semi-truck. Further repairs will be handled by MDOT maintenance crews, Cross said.

There were no injuries and police do not believe drugs or alcohol were factors, said Michigan State Police Lt. Mike Shaw.
