Shooting in Detroit after an argument leaves one dead, neighbor arrested
One man is dead and his neighbor is under arrest after an argument between the two turned fatal in Detroit's west side Sunday afternoon, police said.
The shooting, which took place at 1:24 p.m. on the 14100 block of Rockdale, was preceded by an argument whose origin is unknown, said Detroit Police Officer Nicole Kirkwood.
After the exchange of words, the 28-year-old suspect allegedly shot the 48-year-old man multiple times.
Police arrested the suspect and recovered the weapon allegedly used, Kirkwood said.
