A naked man was arrested Sunday night after being accused in a shooting that hit two victims and left one dead on Detroit’s west side, police said.

Not much is known about the shooting at this point, said Officer Dan Donakowski, a spokesman for the Detroit Police Department. This includes the identity and age of the shooting victim who was killed, and what, if any, relationship the two victims had to each other or to the alleged shooter.

What police do know is that when police arrived on the 15100 block of Coyle — south of Fenkell, east of Greenfield — the shooting victim who did survive, a 25-year-old man, pointed out a man running down the street in the nude as the man who allegedly shot him. This was at about 11:15 p.m. Sunday.

The circumstances of the shooting remain unknown, but police did make the arrest, and the suspect is being held at the Detroit Detention Center.
