Authorities said the 51-year-old is in decent physical and mental condition but has diabetes, for which he needs medication.
He described as an African-American, 5-foot-11, 190 pounds, bald with a goatee and mustache, brown eyes, medium brown complexion. DeLaughter was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, black shirt, blue jeans and black gym shoes.

In a separate case, Robin Williams, 57, was last seen Saturday night in the home she shares with her husband on the 20000 block of Berg, police said in a statement.
“Robin’s husband reported that he left home for work at 11 p.m. Upon his return the next morning she was gone,” the release read. “He is concerned because she suffers from both medical and mental health issues.”
