Shooting leaves 1 dead on Detroit’s east side

Detroit police are probing a fatal shooting of a 37-year-old man Monday night on the city’s east side.
The victim “was found shot multiple times in the bathroom” about 8:55 p.m. in the 10400 block of Beaconsfield, police said in a statement.
The man, who has not been identified, was pronounced dead.
Authorities are working to determine what led to the gunfire and “have no leads on the shooter or shooters at this time,” police said Monday night.
