2 sought in Detroit home invasion, robbery

Detroit police are seeking tips to find two people wanted in connection with a recent home invasion and robbery on the city’s west side.

The armed pair forced a 42-year-old man inside his home in the 19700 block of Vaughan about 9:30 p.m. March 8, investigators said in a statement.

Surveillance footage released Wednesday shows one of the suspects pushing the man onto the living room floor while the other stands by.

After forcing a 25-year-old woman at the home into the room, the two “stole several items, including a large amount of cash” then fled, authorities reported.
