Detroit police released video Friday of a suspect firing shots at a Detroit Department of Transportation bus Sunday night after he was allegedly kicked off over a verbal altercation the man had with his girlfriend.

Police are looking for DeWilliam Pugh, 26.

According to police, around 8:45 p.m. a man and a woman were arguing in the area of Harper and Whittier. The woman got on a DDOT bus hoping to leave the argument, but the man followed her, police said.

The two continued to argue and the driver kicked the man off the bus, police said.

In the video released Friday, the man is shown firing a shot at the bus as the driver attempts to pull away. According to police, two rounds hit the door. No one was hit or injured in the shooting.

Pugh is described as six feet tall and 160 pounds. He’s considered armed and dangerous. The public is asked not to approach him.

Anyone with information on Pugh’s whereabouts is asked to call Detroit Police at (313) 596-5540 or 911.
