Police seek people of interest in man's westside slaying

Detroit Police are asking the public for help to identify five people who may have information about the January slaying of a man on the city's west side.

Detroit Police want to see if this man and four other people have information about a Jan. 15 slaying on the city's west side.

The people of interest are two men and three women, officials said Friday.

The victim, a 39-year-old man, was found shot to death at 12:11 a.m. on Jan. 15 in the area of West Seven Mile between Prevost and Greenfield, police said. His body was seated in a black, Ford F-250 pickup truck.

Detroit Police want to see if this man and four other people have information about a Jan. 15 slaying on the city's west side.

Police said two men were seen fleeing north on Prevost Street from the location. They also said three women left the location after the shooting happened.
