Detroit — Police are seeking assistance locating five suspects wanted for more than two dozen smash-and-grabs throughout the city. 

Police say the suspects have allegedly been involved in 25 breaking-and-entering incidents dating back to Jan. 12. 

  • Mark Xavier Allen, 19, 6-feet, 180 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. 
  • Decharles West, 19, 5-foot-11, 190 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. 
  • Ivan Dayshared Austin, 19, 6-foot-1, 170 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. 
  • Tamas Cummings, 17, 5-foot-8, 160 pounds, black hair and brown eyes. 
  • Deshawn Marquan Perry, 19, 5-foot-8, black hair and brown eyes. 

Recently, the alleged suspects were tied to three robberies on Saturday, said Sgt. Nicole Kirkwood. 

Starting at 4:50 a.m. Saturday, two cellphone stores on Eight Mile were broken into. Police say 20 minutes later, Blue Light Market, on 8800 block of Mack Avenue was also broken into and robbed of liquor and cigarettes.
