$2,500 reward for tips in Detroit slaying
Crime Stoppers of Michigan has announced a $2,500 reward to find a suspect in a Detroit shooting that left a 26-year-old man dead last month.
Terrence Marks II had pulled over his car outside the Martin Luther King apartments near the 2200 block of East Lafayette about 3 a.m. May 20 when someone opened fire, investigators said in a statement Thursday.
Marks, who had a 7-year-old daughter and worked at Johnny Pomodoro’s Fresh Market, died from his injuries at a hospital, according to the release.
If Crime Stoppers receives a tip leading to an arrest by 12:01 a.m. Friday, the group will add $1,000 to the reward.
