Detroit police are investigating two fatal shootings on Friday night and Saturday morning. 

Police said the first shooting occurred at 8:45 p.m. on the 20000 block of Charest, near east Outer Drive and Contant Street. 

Police said witnesses heard several gunshots and when police got to the living room of the residence a 38-year-old man, was dead on the couch dead. Witnesses also said one of the suspects that fled the scene may have also been shot. 

Police said the two men who fled the scene arrived at a hospital with a gunshot wound victim but fled before receiving treatment. 

In the second shooting, a man was found at 8:17 a.m. Saturday on Greiner-Fairport Park, near east McNichols Street. 

Officers responded to a call that said the victim was found dead in the park.  Officers found t the scene a 20-25-year-old man laying face-down with blood covering his face. On the ground were three spent casings beside him.
