Detroit — A 23-year-old man was gunned down during an argument at a dice game late Saturday night on Detroit’s west side, police said.
Police responded to the fatal shooting at about 10:30 p.m. The victim, who had been shot in the head and chest, was taken by private vehicle to a hospital and died by the time police arrived.
Police believe the victim had been involved in an argument at a dice game in the area of Oakfield and Pembroke, which is north of West Seven Mile and east of the Southfield Freeway.
Someone pulled a weapon and shot the victim at least twice, police said.
