Detroit shooting leaves 1 dead, 1 critical

One man is dead and another in critical condition after a shooting on Detroit's east side, officials said Monday.

Police are investigating the shooting and said they don't have much information to release at this time.

Officials said officers were called at 5:30 a.m. Monday to the scene of the shooting in the 14000 block of Park Grove near Gratiot Avenue and McNichols Road. They said the address was for a known drug house.

Police found a 34-year-old deceased man with a gunshot wound and another man, 51, with multiple gunshot wounds, according to authorities.
