An ongoing feud between two women ended Saturday afternoon in an 18-year old woman’s death in a hit-and-run, and in the second woman’s arrest, police said.

The fatal hit-and-run crash took place at 3:17 p.m. at Hubbell and Midland, which is north of Fenkell and east of Greenfield.

Police say the suspect, a 20-year-old black woman, drove herself and four other woman in a red Chevy Cruze to the site of the crash, near the victim’s home, traveling eastbound on Midland.

The driver allegedly ran the victim over and dragged her from Midland at Hubbell to Midland at Strathmoor, about a block. The car never stopped, continuing east on Midland.

Police have since arrested the suspect.

The vehicle has not yet been recovered, police said.
