Ambassador Bridge reopens after brief closure
The Detroit News

The Ambassador Bridge, the above-ground link between Detroit and Windsor, was closed in both directions for about an hour Monday morning "as police assist border authorities with (a) person in crisis," Windsor police wrote in a tweet.
The Windsor Police Department described it in a tweet sent about 10 a.m. that the individual posed no danger to the public.
Windsor police declined to share additional details. Canada Border Services denied any issue and directed calls to the Detroit International Bridge Company, which owns the bridge.
The company said only that the bridge has since been reopened, and was closed as police successfully talked down a would-be jumper.
