Also charged in Lawrence County in the slayings is 19-year-old Steven Procopio of New Wilmington. A woman is charged with obstruction of justice. Cooper will be extradited back to New Castle to face prosecution.

Police have said that all of the homicide victims had been shot in the face. Four other children in the home between the ages of 4 and 9 were unharmed.
