Detroit police are seeking tips to find two girls reported missing Monday.

Envi McClin and Montashia Brown were last seen about 3:15 p.m. taking out trash in the 4300 block of Chrysler but never returned, investigators said in a statement. The girls have not disappeared before, according to the release.
 
Envi is described as 12 years old, African-American, 4-foot-11, 93 pounds, with a light brown complexion, brown eyes and black hair.  She was last seen wearing her hair in a ponytail with a white headband, dark-blue shirt, pink jacket, blue jeans and pink gym shoes. 

Montashia is described as 9 years old, African-American, 4-foot-8, 95 pounds, with a light-brown complexion, brown eyes and black hair. She was last seen wearing a red headband, black and white Mickey Mouse shirt, black stretch pants and black-and-white Jordan gym shoes. 
 
Anyone who has seen the youths are asked to call the Detroit Police Department's Third Precinct at (313) 596-1340.
