Detroit — Police are investigating a triple shooting late Wednesday night on Detroit's west side.

The shooting took place about 10:45 p.m. on the 14000 block of Winthrop, said Officer Holly Lance, a Detroit Police Department spokeswoman. That's north of Schoolcraft and west of Greenfield.

After a 23-year-old man, a 33-year-old man and a 41-year-old man left a store, an "unknown suspect in an unknown vehicle" pulled up alongside them and fired shots from the driver side, striking all three.

The 33-year-old man drove the three victims to the hospital, and all were listed in temporary serious condition.
