Woman arrives at hospital in bullet-riddled vehicle

Detroit — Police are investigating a nonfatal shooting of a woman Thursday night on the city's east side, official said.
The victim, a 28-year-old woman, told police the shooting happened at about 11 p.m. in the area of East McNichols and Laing, according to a preliminary investigation.
Investigators said the specific details of the shooting are unclear.
The woman arrived at a hospital in a white, bullet hole-riddled Mercedes, police said. They also said it's unclear if she drove herself or was driven to the hospital.
Officials said the woman is listed in stable condition.
