Man, 29, injured in Thursday night shooting on Detroit's east side

Detroit — Police are investigating a Thursday night non-fatal shooting of a 29-year-old man on the city's east side, officials said.
Officers were called at about 11:38 p.m. Thursday to the area of Peter Hunt Street and Raymond Avenue near Gratiot and Harper avenues to respond to a report of a shooting.
The victim told police he was walking down the street near two men who were arguing. He then heard a gunshot and felt pain.
Officials said the victim was privately conveyed to a hospital, where he is listed in stable condition.
Police continue to investigate and search for suspects.
