Detroit boy, 17, dies after being found unresponsive
Detroit — A 17-year-old boy died Wednesday afternoon after being found unresponsive by a family member on Detroit's east side, police said.
It was about 3 p.m. when medics were dispatched to the 11000 block of Roxbury after getting a 911 call from the family member who found the boy unresponsive and on the floor, said Latrice Crawford, a Detroit Police Department spokeswoman.
That's south of Morang and west of Cadieux.
Medics transported the victim to the hospital, but he was dead on arrival.
