Southbound I-75 at I-375 in Detroit reopens after vehicle fire

Detroit — Southbound Interstate 75 at Interstate 375 has reopened after of a vehicle fire prompted officials to close the freeway.
All lanes of southbound I-75 in at I-375 were closed briefly due to the fire, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.
A witness told The Detroit News that the car, a cream-colored Ford Crown Victoria, had yellow flames and black smoke. It was unclear if anyone was in the vehicle, but the witness said police were on the scene.
