Detroit police release video of person of interest in September stabbing
Detroit police are seeking assistance in identifying a person of interest wanted in connection to a stabbing that took place in September Detroit Police Department
Detroit — Detroit police are seeking help from the public to identify and locate a person of interest wanted in connection to a fatal stabbing on the city's southwest side, the department said.
Police released a video Wednesday, which they say shows a person of interest believed to be connected to a fatal stabbing of Tiffany Wallen, 28, at about 4:30 p.m. on Sept. 7 in the 6100 block of Michigan Avenue.
Authorities said witnesses saw the woman arguing with a man before the incident.
Wallen pronounced dead at local hospital.
The person of interest is described as a male, 5 feet 7 inches to 5 feet 9 inches tall with a slim build. He was last seen wearing dark-colored work boots or shoes, tan pants that were soiled around the knees, a dark-colored shirt and a hat.
